MAPFRE to transform a fashion mall into a 8.000 m2 coworking environment in Madrid

The Spanish Multinational Insurance company MAPFRE has decided to convert a fashion mall into an 8.000 m2 coworking space in Madrid.

The transformation will be carried out by MERLIN Properties, Grupo Gmp, Corporacion Financiera Alba SA, MONTHISA REAL ESTATE SL, CAJAMAR, and MAPFRE itself.

“This implies a great metamorphosis in the business center of the capital with a clear commitment from all involved companies to return the building to the splendor that was initially designed decades ago,” says MAPFRE, in Spain.
