French premium flex office operator InSitu Groupe continues its external growth with the acquisition of the Toulouse coworking brand At Home Écosystème
With a forecast of +23% in 2023, At Home strengthens the activity of InSitu Groupe, whose turnover in 2022 amounted to €25 millions, up +16% compared to 2021.
The acquisition enriches InSitu’s real estate portfolio which now totals nearly 50.000 m2 under management across 10 locations (8 from InSitu + 2 from At Home), making it a benchmark player at the national level in France.
