Major coworking operators in Spain have a combined turnover of 259 million euros, representing a market share of 54%.
This figure is part of the larger report presented by Manuel Zea Barral during the Coworking Spain Conference earlier this week.
The largest operators in Spain operate, altogether, 6,000 offices and gather 54,000 users in their centers.
Barcelona is the province with the highest number of coworking spaces (315) followed by Madrid (225).
With that being said, Madrid is currently still the most expensive city, with 216 euros/month for a desk, followed by Barcelona (204 euros).
