The total coworking and flexible workspace offering in Turkey has grown by 25% between 2022 and 2023.
The 1st quarter of 2023 recorded 300,000 sqm of leasable space nationwide with an expected 42,000 sqm and 14 new locations to be added before the end of the year.
The major 3 cities for coworking and flexible workspaces are Istanbul (242,000 sqm), Ankara (22,000 sqm), and Izmir (12,000 sqm).
eOfis is the largest operator nationwide, with 57 locations across the country.
It is then followed by Regus (23 locations), Workinton (18 locations), Kolektif House (14 locations), and Plaza Cubes (13 locations).
But although eOfis has the highest number of locations, Kolekftif House proposes the largest number of spaces (approx. 46,000 sqm).
