The Municipality of Turin is exploring a shift towards coworking for its own employees.
The objective is to create mobile workstations, revitalize areas, reduce travel, and encourage collaboration among employees.
The municipality currently has around 7,192 employees, with 2,500 already signed up for agile work contracts.
The municipality will start with a pilot project in a number of building it owns.
One of the objectives is to provide employees with up to 120 days of “smart working” per year.
