Europe largest tech campus soon to open in Vilnius, Lithuania.

100M € will be invested to convert an old 55,000 sqm sewing factory into a 5,000 seats campus, under the umbrella of real estate company Tech Zity.

This new opening will be Tech Zity 5th location in the region. It will bring their existing portfolio to 75,000 sqm of space managed.

Around €30 million has already been committed from Unicorn Lithuanian startup Vinted co-founder and COO Mantas Mikuckas contributing around 80% of the initial investment and Tech Zity founder Darius Žakaitis making up the rest.

The new project will be nearly 2/3 larger than STATION F in Paris.
