Kronos Homes launches Native: a 50 million € mixed-use project in Lisbon, which will include coworking services, among other things.
The concept will bring together 80 units of living spaces, co-kitchens, gyms, restaurants a school, more leisure-type of spaces, and a coworking area.
«The aim is to develop a differentiating offer, aimed at families, which integrates work, school, and leisure into a single space, very close to the center of Lisbon», said Rui Meneses Ferreira, partner and Iberian CEO of Spain-based Kronos Homes.
