Valencian coworking operator wayCO is expanding with 4,000 sqm of new additional capacities to be opened in the next 2 years.
Expansions will be located in residential areas.
WayCo currently operates 3 spaces totaling 6,400 sqm in the city, with 400+ users and 50 companies.
70% of WayCo’s members are currently corporate companies, while 30% are freelancers or digital nomads.
2 new spaces are being developed, which will increase WayCo’s managed assets to 11,000 sqm in Valencia.
