The coworking arm of Nexity, one of France’s most important Property and Real Estate services companies, is confirmed as one of the group’s leading businesses in 2023.
In the first half of 2023, the Serviced properties activities of Nexity generated revenue of €129 million, up 27% relative to end-June 2022, reflecting growth in the portfolio, particularly in coworking spaces, writes Nexity.
Coworking performances have offset the decrease in revenues from Nexity’s traditional sales and lettings business in commercial real estate, a.o., with the search for the property being down by 10% in H1 2023.
During the period, Nexity brought an additional 10% of new coworking square meters to the market. The occupancy rate is 97%.
Nexity is the mother company of Morning, one of France’s major coworking providers, with 40 locations in operation, mainly in the Paris region. In 2022, Morning generated 90 Min € of revenues. The coworking company has 280 employees and expects to recruit 50 new people this year.
