Belgian flexible office space Officenter is opening its fifteenth location.
The new branch, strategically located between Brussels and Antwerp, represents an investment of 7.7 million euros.
Officenter now operates more than 40,000 square meters of office space and gathers more than 1,000 customers.
The company’s growth is driven by the increasing demand for flexible office space following the pandemic.
“We expect that by the end of this decade, 20 to 30 percent of offices will be filled flexibly. Now that is barely 3 percent of a total of 23 million square meters of offices in Belgium,” says Koen Batsleer.
Officenter wants to reach 20 locations in the coming years and currently seeks 20 to 30 co-investors in the region.
