German real estate developer ECE Real Estate Partners is investing over 65 Mid € in a residential project including coworking and other shared amenities in Rome: ECE Work & Live GmbH & Co. KG.
The project aims to create an exclusive living environment with a modern design, a coworking space, a lounge, a fitness center, green areas, a swimming pool, and a children’s area.
The development, undertaken in collaboration with local partners, will encompass around 160 apartments spread across six buildings on a 45,000-square-meter property.
The construction is set to begin in 2024, with completion expected by 2026.

ECE also has ongoing projects in Rome and Venice, including the transformation of a former office building into a Ruby Hotel brand (which also offers coworking) and the revitalization of a hotel through ECE Real Estate Partners.
