The short-stay coliving company Bob W., which also provides coworking services to their guests, is strengthening its external growth strategy in Europe with a new acquisition in Helsinki.
The brand is set to open its fifth property in the city, taking over the former iconic Hotel Rivoli.
The project is carried out in partnership with real estate private equity partner Slättö.
“There is significant value creation potential in hospitality real estate in the current market. We are seeing an increase in co-living trends, with people traveling for work and pleasure, over both shorter and longer periods. Slättö aims to grow in this segment and we are thrilled to collaborate with Bob W in this endeavor with its focus on quality and design, technology and sustainability.” said Erik Möller, Head of Hotels from Slättö.

This is Bob W’s 4th acquisition in the last 2 years (after Estonishing Stay Apartments in Estonia, KOTI Hotel in Finland, and Charly Hospitality in Germany).

This expansion brings Bob W’s managed properties to a total of 32 across 20 cities in 9 European countries.
