The state-owned Berlin-based housing company GESOBAU AG is launching GESOWORX Coworking

The state-owned Berlin-based housing company GESOBAU AG is launching GESOWORX Coworking, a coworking initiative that will offer modern workspace in apartment buildings. Gesoworx is initiated in partnership with cowork AG.
Two locations offer altogether 6 floors of flexible workspace solutions, with services going from coworking desks up to private offices and meeting rooms.
“Coworking space in your own home not only saves commuting time but also makes it easier to balance family and work life. This offer is good for the environment and our Berlin economy,” said State Senator for Economy, Energy, and Enterprise Franziska Giffey.
“These coworking spaces, integrated into new Gesobau developments, contribute to Berlin’s innovative “Urban Living – Neues Wohnen in Berlin” initiative, catering to evolving residential needs,” says Gesobau.
