Global flex office provider Mindspace opened its 6th location in Berlin Munzstrasse to meet the local demand.
While this is Mindspace’s 40th location around the world, this new opening makes Berlin the city where the brand operates the most spaces.
The new 4,100 sqm space offers 700 workstations spread across 5 floors.
“According to Colliers, this makes us the fastest growing provider in the German capital since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic,” says Oliver Lehmann, General Manager Mindspace Germany.
A 7th space in the German capital city is already underway, soon to be inaugurated.
