Swedish Coworking Operator House Be opens its 10th location in Northern Sweden.
The new space, located in Umeå will be able to welcome 400 members, across 3,800 sqm of space.
This new opening is driven by local demand for coworking, which is on the rise.
“Umeå is a city with a thriving business environment, and we want to contribute to further growth. Together with our members and the business community in Umeå, we want to create a meeting place where people and companies can reach their full potential,” said Olof Pergament, CEO of House Be.
With this 10th location, which is set to open in February 2024, House Be will operate over 17,000 sqm of space across the northern region.
The company expects to gather over 2,000 members in 2024 and will continue to grow to meet the demand.
