New Polish flex operator Fabryczna Flex (by Inter-Bud Developer) launches its 9,500 sqm space in Krakow.
The brand now provides 10 floors of flexible workspace in the Fabryczna Office Park complex, in the heat of the city.
Tenants like Volvo Car Poland have chosen the space as their local headquarters.

“Fabryczna Flex was built on the site of the former Polmos Vodka Factory, which was comprehensively revitalized. It is a thriving office center, as well as a conference, hotel, and catering center,” said Przemysław M. Łukasik, vice president of the Inter-Bud group.

According to PropertyNews Pl, Fabryczna Flex is now Krakow’s largest flex office.
