Coliving and Coworking company Outsite received a $300 million investment from several real estate funds to quadruple its size.

Already very active in Northern and Latin America, with 50 locations, Outsite plans now to extend in France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal as well as cities like Berlin and Amsterdam.

In five years, the turnover should increase from 15 million dollars to more than 100 million over the same period.

The four investing funds (namely EXTENDAM, Keys REIM, et Stone Capital) will purchase buildings and Outsite will take care of their management, receiving 10 to 25% of the income.
“A good way to grow without diluting capital,” says Emmanuel Guisset, the Belgium-born CEO of Outsite. According to him, small Hotels associated with a Coworking space are a much better deal than AirBnB’s, nowadays.
