The Czech industry parks developer CTP acquires a 335.000 m2 big site in Mulheim, Germany (Ruhr), to transform it into a new High Tech Hub.

It will provide over 160.000 m2 of coworking spaces, R&D laboratories, industrial and logistical spaces focused on sectors including life sciences and IT manufacturing. The park will also be fitted to host local small and medium businesses.

The property was owned, before, by the French automotive parts manufacturer Vallourec.

CTP operates the coworking brand Clubco in Czech Republic.

“CTP aims to create thriving business ecosystems where businesses come to collaborate and grow together. The new sustainably designed Park will feature CTP’s Clubhaus concept, providing a mix of leisure offerings for occupier employees including amenities such as restaurants, cafes, shops, spaces for exercise, events, socialising, medical facilities and more, all within attractive landscaped gardens alongside cycle paths”, says the company.
