French coworking brand Whoorks owned by construction group Legendre, is to be sold to Nexhos

French coworking brand Whoorks owned by construction group Legendre, is to be sold to Nexhos, the company of Pascal Martin, former Legendre Group’s MD.

Based in Rennes, Brittany, Whoorks operates three locations in France.

The coworking operations were part of a diversification strategy initiated by Legendre. The diversification strategy also involved investments in Whoo, a co-living brand operating 4 locations in Rennes, the last one offering 121 apartments, with a 95% booking rate in September 2023 (https://lnkd.in/et4mQE4t).

Whoorks and Whoo will be both handed over to Nexhos. The entity’s total revenues amount 35 Mio €. The company has 90 people on its payroll.
