Private equity giant Blackstone would be considering an exit from UK based coworking group The Office Group Fora for a massive 1,75 Bio € deal.

TOG/Fora has so far been one of the shiniest European stories within the coworking industry.

Blackstone had taken a majority stake in TOG in 2017, for a then disclosed amount of 500 Mio £. TOG merged with Fora in 2022. Together, they operate more than 270.000 m2 of flexible workspace, mainly in the UK, spread over a network of a total of 60 locations.

“TOG is reported to own the freehold on most of its buildings, providing a more stable foundation for growth”, reminds online magazine Allwork.Space | FUTURE OF WORK®

At this stage, the deal transaction wasn’t officially confirmed by Blackstone’s press officer.
