French Real Estate group Nexity is considering the sale of its coworking jewell Morning
Hit by the slowdown in commercial real estate, the developer is going through an asset sales strategy and has put the prosperous coworking subsidiary on the market, says the newsletter “L’informé”.
Morning Coworking has contributed very positively to Nexity’s operating activities, in 2023. The occupancy rate reached 96%, while the flex workspace operator added 16 new locations to its network, spread across 24.000 m2 of newly opened surface, according to Nexity’s 2023 results press release.
Morning Coworking operates close to 50 locations within the Paris region.
