Leeds based incspaces, coworking arm of the private equity firm Inc & Co, plans to expand to Barcelona, Amsterdam and Dublin as an answer the UK flex workspace market growing saturation.

“The Barcelona office, backed by a €1 million investment, will serve as a launchpad for further growth in the region”, says Jack M., incspaces CEO. “With new locations planned for key markets across Europe, the USA, Middle East, and Asia, incspaces is bringing its unique brand of collaborative and inspiring workspaces to a wider audience”

The British coworking services provider operates locations in Leeds and Manchester. In order to lower its exposition in the always more competitive UK market and strengthen the international positioning, incspaces will not renew its London location’s lease.

The company will also revitalize its leadership team, bringing on board executives with extensive international expertise.
