Finnish flexible office campuses operator Technopolis – More than Squares has secured € 720Mio of loans through a global syndicate of lenders

The company which operates 14 flexible office campuses in the Nordics and in Luxembourg announces a 90% occupancy rate. Technopolis also announced having sold two of its facilities, the Ülemiste campus in Estonia and the Ozas campus in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We can see that the office continues to play a crucial and significant role in businesses’ everyday operations, as customers and their employees use their offices as much as before Covid. We closely monitor physical attendance rates at our campuses and can clearly see a further rebound in employees returning to their workplaces, with restaurants and meeting rooms consistently busy,” says Niko Pulli, Technopolis CEO.

Technopolis has chosen to focus on the Nordics countries, where it sees the highest potential. The Finnish companies supplies flexible office and meeting room solutions on its campuses, along with restaurant services and other amenities.

Two years ago, Technopolis handed over its UMA Workspace coworking brand operations to pure coworking players in Estonia (Workland Offices), Sweden (United Spaces) and Denmark (ordnung).

Technopolis hosts 1.200 companies and 35.000 people, in total, on its campuses.
