The mega “Co-Working & Life” Hannover based campus BRAINHOUSE247 is declared insolvent.
Built in a renovated former 18.000 m2 big Siemens factory, BRAINHOUSE247 was an innovative concept focused on “work-life balance” and integrating on one location flex workspaces services, healthy food, event activities, well-being services, etc.
The total investment in the project amounted €65 Mio.
Launched in 2020, during the Covid pandemic, the company also had to deal with the rise in construction costs.
The main investor, Real Estate company Wohninvest Holding GmbH, went through financial troubles as well, which didn’t help.
