The French merged coworking group Startway and Multiburo rebrands under the name Mitwit.
The name is formed from the German word “Mit” and the English word “With”. The rebranding tells a lot about the international expansion plans of the new group.
The rebranding was in the making since 2022 and the takeover of Multiburo by La Poste Immobilier, the real estate company of the La Poste Groupe group also being a majority shareholder of Startway, focused on the business reconversion of former post offices.
The whole project aims to reach a network of around a hundred sites by 2030, compared to around fifty today. Prospects for international development based on a few existing establishments with a site in Switzerland, in Geneva, and five spaces in Belgium. Mitwit operates 20 locations in the Paris areas. The rest of the network covers the cities of Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Bordeaux, Toulouse or Lille.
