Spanish coworking operator LOOM adds three new locations in Madrid, topping 14 spaces in Spain

Spanish coworking operator LOOM will have inaugurated three new locations in Madrid this year, topping 14 spaces in total in Spain.

The “Castelana” space just opened. The “Campo de las Naciones” space and the “Azca” future new location – which will alone cover 9.000 m2 – will start this fall.

Loom belongs to the MERLIN Properties, one of Spain’s biggest real estate property companies. In 2017, Merlin had invested in LOOM coworking before taking the company fully over two years later. Since then, Merlin kept investing and developing LOOM’s footprint in Spain.
