Ex-WeWork’s CEO Adam Neumann launches WorkFlow, coworking hosted in his Flow operated residential buildings

Former WeWork’s CEO Adam Neumann launches WorkFlow, a coworking service operator which will be hosted in residential buildings operated by his new co-living company Flow.

“Workflow has launched at Flow Fort Lauderdale, according to the apartment complex’s website, and hosts a Fortune 50 company as a client, according to Bloomberg”, observes online real estate news media CoStar.

Flow raised US$ 350 million from Andreessen Horowitz VC firm in 2022 and invested over US$ 1 billion in apartment blocks across the United States.
According to TechCrunch, Flow recently opened a compound with 238 apartments in Saudi Arabia’s capital, Riyadh, and Forbes has some details.

“The opening included an Aztec-themed hot chocolate ceremony. The rent for the furnished units starts at US$ 3,500 a month and includes hotel-style services such as laundry and housekeeping and amenities like pools, co-ed gyms and bowling alleys. Flow is building three other properties with nearly 1,000 apartments in Riyadh”, says TechCrunch.
