French Now Coworking accelerates its expansion by adopting a franchising model

Now Coworking, one of France’s largest flex workspace operators, aims to accelerate its expansion by adopting a franchising model.

Now operates 18 unique coworking spaces, totaling 42,600 m² of surface area across France, mainly in major regional urban hubs. The French company caters to more than 8,000 members.

Through franchising, the firm targets 30 new openings within 3 years.

“We are delighted to open our model to franchise partnerships, allowing entrepreneurs to share our vision of flexible and collaborative working. We have the ambition to spread our positive energy throughout the country”, states Maxime Givon, managing director of Now Coworking.

In a press release, the French operator also announced further expansion in Lyon, Lille, and Marseille. In Lyon and Lille, Now increases its capacity to 450 desks at each location. In Marseille, Now has completed the purchase of a 3,200 m² building, fully renovated 4 years ago. The flex workspace operator will consider similar real estate investments should opportunities arise.
