WeWork launches “Coworking Partner Network”, allowing WeWork users to access third-party coworking services

The global coworking group WeWork is launching a new initiative called “Coworking Partner Network” allowing WeWork users to access third-party coworking services.

The Vast Coworking Group, the world’s largest coworking franchise network, is the first third-party operator to join WeWork’s new partner program. Vast Coworking controls brands such as Venture X Office Evolution or Intelligent Office. Those will be accessible for the WeWork’s users.
“In addition to WeWork’s global portfolio of over 500 locations, users of WeWork Workplace will have access to over 75 new locations in the United States and Canada”, explains a press release published by WeWork.

The company doesn’t tell when European coworking operators will be able to join the WeWork Coworking Partner Network.

“We are thrilled to partner with WeWork to bring our network of locally owned and operated coworking spaces to an even broader audience. With most of our spaces located in high-demand suburban markets, this collaboration allows us to provide their members with the variety and convenience they need to thrive in today’s dynamic work environment. Together with WeWork, we are furthering our shared mission to make coworking spaces more accessible to professionals everywhere”, comments Jason R. Anderson, president of Vast Coworking Group.

This move is one of the major strategical move taken by WeWork since the company has been taken over by Yardi, the Real Estate Software giant.

“This partnership is a prime example of how Yardi Kube can help businesses reach new heights. Our platform was designed to streamline flexible workspace management so that companies, like WeWork and Vast, can achieve new levels of innovation and excellence. We are excited to support both WeWork and Vast in expanding their networks and look forward to continuing as their trusted partner”, observes Rob Teel, president of Global Solutions at Yardi.

Yardi is a sponsor of this year’s Coworking Europe 2024 conference, which will take place in Sofia, on November 13-14. WeWork and VentureX, owned by Vast Coworking Group, are regular speakers at the conference.
