Czech coworking operator Scott.Weber involved in a new gigantic multi-functional project to be built in Brno

Czechia’s largest coworking operator, Scott.Weber Workspace, is involved in a new, gigantic multi-functional project set to be built in Brno, the country’s second-largest city.
The operator will open a 5,400 m² flexible workspace area as part of Dornych, a new complex that will integrate shops, food courts, bars, apartments, accommodation, a clinic, leisure services, and hospitality workspaces, all located in the city center. The coworking space will accommodate up to 600 desks and include a 500 m² terrace.
The Dornych project is led by the CRESTYL development group and is expected to be fully operational by 2027.
