Portuguese coworking operator DeHouse takes over Porto location of coworking/coliving group Selina

Portuguese coworking operator DeHouse takes over the former Porto location of coworking and coliving group Selina.
The international network of coworking and coliving locations Selina recently went through some difficult times. Last summer, Selina was eventually taken over by the Singapore based company Collective Hospitality, which operates 15 hotels for digital nomads across the world.
DeHouse now operates five locations in Northern Portugal, in the Porto and Braga cities.
The company was founded in 2021 by Tiago Carvalho Araújo and Tomás Pitta.
According to InvestPorto, DeHouse “houses around 800 clients, 95% of which are companies, including firms such as Volkswagen Digital Solutions, Visma,Siemens, Web Summit, consultants PwC and NTT Data, and startups such as Exclusible, Chainlink, Lympid, Realfevr and Utrust”.
“DeHouse continues to expand its network of coworking spaces with the opening of this new location, which adds around 90 members to its already vibrant and diverse community. This new space reinforces DeHouse’s commitment to offering innovative and collaborative environments, joining the several spaces already established in Porto and Braga, and anticipating future expansion to Lisbon”, comments Tomas Pitta.
