Italian workspace provider and coworking operator Stella33 set to open3rd flexible workspace in Milan
Italian workspace solutions provider and coworking operator Stella33 is set to open its third flexible workspace in Milan.
The company will manage the first floor of a brand-new building within the Spark Business District, a €500 million currently spent real estate development. The new coworking space, operated by Stella33, will feature a capacity of 200 desks across 2,325 m² and is scheduled to open next year.
Adjacent to the business district, a residential area, called Spark Living, is planned, which will include community services and shared spaces to enhance the neighborhood’s vibrancy.
Stella33 describes itself as “a partner for the creation of real estate value through design and active management (…) Stella creates spaces, functions, and systems for New Work Environments by embracing the philosophy of the Rainforest.”
In addition to Milan, the company operates coworking spaces in Piacenza and Venice, according to its website. Stella33 offers all the classic coworking services, from hot desking, private offices, meeting rooms to event spaces, and more.
The partnership involves Leandlease RE fund.
