Swedish coworking operator Quick Office closed two locations and opened two new ones, in 2024

Swedish coworking and flex workspace operator Quick Office Kontorshotell closed down two locations, in 2024, and opened up two new ones.
This is what Pernilla Bos-Ytterbring, Quick Office’s CEO, shared in a LinkedIn blogpost, last week.
In 2024, Quick Office opened two new offices in Älvsjö and Malmö City. The company closed Västra Hamnen, Malmö, and left “Hyllie” to another operator.
“We have noticed that companies are taking longer to make decisions, which has resulted in our lead cycle becoming significantly longer before deals are closed. Despite this, we have seen an increase in demand in 2024 compared to the previous year, even though competition has grown”, commented Pernilla Bos-Ytterbring to Coworking Europe. “I believe that our local positioning has played a significant role in our continued strong demand. It has given us an advantage in attracting customers and maintaining relationships.”
Launched in 1999, Quick Office operates 12 locations, mainly in Sweden, respectively in Stockholm and Malmö, as well as one location in Fuengirola, Spain.
“In 2010, Quick Office switched to being run as a franchise concept and Quick Office Franchise Sweden AB was formed, which became the franchisor”, says the company’s website.
“We have learned a lot, sometimes the hard way, and it has cost us (…) In the coming year, we plan to grow with more franchise offices and connect with new partners who want to be part of our growing brand”, comments Pernilla Bos-Ytterbring, in her blogpost.
