Spain’s Cink Coworking opens its tenth space, with another new location announced in Madrid

Madrid based Cink Coworking announced the launch of its tenth coworking space.

In 2024, the company, founded by three partners in 2011, achieved a record-breaking revenue of over €3 million, driven by its organic growth strategy and reinvestment of profits rather than external funding, points the company press release.

“This new center marks a milestone in Cink Coworking’s sustained expansion“, says Mar Saavedra, Cink Coworking’s COO. “Opening our tenth center reflects over a decade of commitment to the Madrid market. These openings reinforce Cink Coworking’s presence in key areas of Madrid“.

The newest location spans 1,200 m² and is set to open its doors in mid-January. It will offer 20 private offices of different sizes, a dedicated coworking area a multi-functional room that can host events and training sessions for up to 60 participants, shared areas including a lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen, and access to an on-site gym, etc.

Cink Coworking’s growth aligns with broader trends in the Spanish flexible workspace market. According to the Coworking Spain Report 2023-2024, Madrid’s coworking spaces maintain an impressive 84% occupancy rate, driven by increasing demand for flexible work environments, reminds Cink Coworking’s press release.
