Spanish coworking operator Cloudworks increased revenues by 12%, to € 11,5 Mio, in 2024

Spanish coworking operator Cloudworks, one of the top five players in Spain’s coworking market, increased its revenue by 12% in 2024, reaching €11.5 million.

“We are very proud of what we have achieved in 2024. These results reflect the collective efforts of our team and our commitment to a responsible business model that drives positive impact,” says Marta Gràcia, CEO of Cloudworks, in a press release.

Over the past year, the Barcelona-based company expanded its total operated space to 28,289 m², with two major new locations inaugurated in Madrid and Barcelona. Cloudworks now hosts more than 3,300 people across 12 locations in Spain.

Cloudworks total workforce grew by 34%, reaching 63 employees as of early 2025.

“In 2025, we will continue to strengthen our market presence with strategic investments that will enable us to grow sustainably while creating more opportunities for our employees and the communities we serve,” adds Marta Gràcia.

This year, Cloudworks is set to surpass 30,000 m² of managed space, with further expansions already planned in Barcelona.
