French coworking operator Work & Share Strengthens Its Paris Presence with Two new openings

The French coworking operator Work & Share is set to expand its footprint with two new openings. The first, a 1,500 m² space, will be situated in Paris’s premier business district, La Défense.

This facility will feature fully operated offices accommodating between 20 to 200 workstations, strategically located within Tour Franklin at the base of La Défense’s esplanade, explains the company’s CEO, Mathieu Russel.

This upcoming La Défense location highlights Work & Share’s commitment to addressing the returning demand for flexible office spaces in key business areas, many of which were left vacant following the COVID-19 crisis and the rise of remote work.

The second announced location will be in Val de Fontenay, on the eastern outskirts of Paris. This space will include 22 private offices (accommodating 2 to 24 workstations), four modular meeting rooms, a large bistro, relaxation areas, and a dedicated team of Coworking Managers focused on residents’ well-being, according to the company.

The Val de Fontenay space will be part of JOYA, a modern business complex featuring nearly 4,000 m² of outdoor areas, an auditorium, five dining spaces, a recording studio, and even an urban farm.

Founded in 2017, Work & Share’s network will grow to 14 locations across the Paris region by mid-2025.
