Polish Coworking Operator CitySpace to Open Twelfth Location in the Country
The Polish coworking provider CitySpace has announced the opening of a twelfth location nationwide.
The 2,300 m² new space, named CitySpace Forum, will be located in Wroclaw (Southwestern Poland) and will be the fourth CitySpace to open in the Polish city. The new site will offer 331 workstations, including 50 private offices, five conference rooms, seven phone booths, and designated areas for events and hot-desking. The Forum location will include 24/7 access, reception and mail-handling services, communal areas, video conferencing-enabled meeting rooms, and high-speed internet.
According to a CitySpace press release, pre-sale for office space at CitySpace Forum, which will open this summer, has begun, with early tenants able to select preferred units under advantageous financial terms. “The site offers strong transport links to Wrocław’s city center, main railway station, and airport, with nearby access to green spaces and the Odra River”.
The design applies biophilic principles, says the company’s press release, aiming to replicate elements of nature within the office environment to enhance well-being, productivity, and focus.
“CitySpace Forum meets the evolving needs of the market, offering a space where aesthetics and functionality come together to foster efficiency and creativity,” said Lisa Zettlin, Managing Director of CitySpace.
Founded in 2015, CitySpace operates over 25,000 m² of office space across five major Polish cities, including Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Wrocław, and Lodz. The company offers fully serviced office environments tailored to the needs of startups, SMEs, and corporate teams seeking short-term or scalable leasing options.
Lately, CitySpace has closed some less successful locations to re-invest and open new ones.
CitySpace belongs to the Polish Property company Echo Investment group.
