After Budapest, Bulgaria Based Puzl CowOrKing Opens A Second Location In Sofia And Announces Bucharest

The Bulgaria based flex workspace operator Puzl CowOrKing, an operator focused on the IT and startup communities, is set to open its second location in Sofia, in October 2025, and the third in Europe.
The new five-storey building on Alabin Street, in Sofia, will offer 1,600 m2 of workspace, accommodating 175 workstations.
This expansion follows the company’s recent opening of a location in Budapest and its original site in Sofia’s Vitosha factory. Puzl CowOrKing’s first location in Sofia’s Vitosha factory has expanded over the years to accommodate 1,000 workstations, with a 90% occupancy rate, says the company.
Puzl oppened its first international location in Budapest, last year, converting a former textile factory and three adjacent buildings into an 8,400 m2 coworking space, representing a €10 million investment.
The new Alabin Street Puzl location, leased for 10 years, is undergoing a €930,000 renovation funded through bank financing. Unlike Puzl’s typical industrial design, this location will feature an “Atelier” style, inspired by creative studios and artistic residences, incorporating high ceilings, vintage elements, and natural light.
The space will include 20 offices for teams of 6 to 10 people, a shared area with 24 seats, meeting rooms, kitchens, rest areas, conversation booths, and a winter garden. Workstations in private offices will be priced at €290 per month, excluding VAT, with flexible options like one-day passes and monthly visit packages also available.
Puzl’s website announces a Bucharest location to open up soon.
