Spanish Operator OneCoWork Opens A New 6,000 M2 Campus in Madrid

The Barcelona based coworking operator OneCoWork has opened its first Madrid site in the Recoletos district, unveiling a 6,000 m² flagship designed to meet the rising demand for flexible, attraction-focused workspaces, announces the company in a press release.
OneCowork is now part of the Agartha Real Estate group. The group has been working lately on the development of a coworking multi-brand strategy.
The new opening by OneCowork adds to its six-location portfolio and will support a community exceeding 2,500 members across Barcelona, Preston (UK), and now Madrid.
“The Recoletos campus offers private corporate floors, meeting rooms for up to 200 people, two terraces including a 400 m² rooftop, podcast studios, and tailored tech solutions for hybrid workflows”, says the company.
OneCoWork balances workspace diversity—serving freelancers, start-ups, SMEs, and larger corporations—with strategic flexibility. The company provides customized space scaling, community-driven events (workshops, wellness activities, networking), and prime local amenities including close transport links, parking for cars, bikes, and scooters .
Founded in 2016, OneCoWork has focused on upscale coworking through meticulous interior design, five-star service, and a vibrant community ethos.
Ben Nachoom, the co-founder of One CoWork, has been a speaker at the last Coworking Europe conference.
