Belgian Le Mix Secures €120 Million to Expand Its Hybrid Coworking, Fitness, and Hospitality Model Across Europe

Brussels-based lifestyle hub Le Mix has announced a €60 million capital raise to support a major European expansion. The company is scaling up its mixed-use coworking and fitness-driven model with plans to open ten locations across Europe, including in Paris, Cannes, Madrid, and Luxembourg.
The funding—supplemented with bank loans to reach €120 million—will fuel the development of new hybrid spaces blending coworking, hotel, wellness, food services, and events.
The flagship location in Watermael-Boitsfort, Brussels, spans 21,000 m2 and combines event spaces, coworking services, accommodation, restaurants, sport and wellness facilities. With 5,000 fitness members, a hotel occupancy rate above 80%, and profitability reached within the first year, Le Mix has demonstrated the viability of its all-in-one lifestyle destination model.
The next steps include a second Brussels site in the former national bank printing house, opening in 2028, which will feature 75 hotel rooms, coworking facilities, wellness space, restaurants, and 30 managed apartments. Another site in Brussels (Ixelles) will focus exclusively on sports. International expansion is underway with developments confirmed in Paris (Montmartre) and Cannes (Mougins), and under discussion in Lyon, Madrid, and Antwerp.
Coworking remains a key component of the Mix experience. Designed as a professional offering embedded within lifestyle facilities, it complements the sports and hospitality elements by targeting remote workers, freelancers, and startups seeking flexibility in an upscale, active setting.
While events will remain a secondary activity, the brand is positioning its coworking and wellness pillars as the core of its business model. Mingle Group, the owner of Le Mix brand, intends to grow its sports membership base from 5,000 to over 50,000 in the next six to seven years and surpass 1,000 hotel rooms across the network. Each location will continue to offer a mix of services, but coworking and fitness will lead the proposition.
Le Mix stands out in its real estate strategy by opting for traditional lease agreements rather than management contracts. This approach enables greater operational control and is seen by the team as a competitive edge in negotiations with property owners.
As demand grows for flexible workspaces and wellness-oriented environments, Le Mix’s integrated model seeks to deliver both—embedding coworking into broader lifestyle destinations.
