Finnish VC Firm Gorilla Capital Backs Helsinki-based Online Coworking Aggregator Spacent

The Finnish online coworking aggregator Spacent, has secured new backing from Gorilla Capital Fund III in what marks the fund’s 30th investment. The deal strengthens Spacent’s capacity to expand its services across Europe and support companies navigating the challenges of hybrid work, says the investment firm.
Founded in Finland, Spacent operates a subscription-based platform that allows companies and their employees to access over 300 coworking spaces in 24 countries.
The platform is used by B2B customers to facilitate workspace access, while also offering tools to support hybrid work strategy, including policy management and usage insights. Spacent positions itself as both a coworking aggregator and an enabler of corporate hybrid work policies. Its co-founders, Jatta Nemeth and Eetu Ristaniemi, want to describe the company as “essential infrastructure for the future of work.”
With this investment, Spacent aims to accelerate its international growth and product development. The company is backed not only by Gorilla Capital but also by Lifeline Ventures, Halton VC, Redical Holdings AG, and Morrow Portfolio Oy.
Gorilla Capital’s Partner Kirsi Vine-Haaparinne described Spacent as “a textbook later-stage camel — resilient, capital-efficient, and positioned for disciplined growth,” emphasizing the platform’s ability to address key hybrid work challenges of cost, control, and company culture.
The invested amount was not disclosed. Gorilla Capital typically invests €200,000–€1 million per company.
