Klammer Expands in Pamplona Amid Growing Regional Demand for Quality Coworking Facilities in Spain

Pamplona-based flexible workspace provider Klammer Workspaces is strengthening its presence in the Navarrese capital with the opening of a second locationl. The new 1,500 m2 site will be housed on the sixth floor of the former Caja Navarra Bank (CAN) headquarters, an emblematic building located on Avenida de Carlos III.

This expansion comes in response to growing demand for high-quality, centrally located office space in Pamplona. Klammer currently operates a 1,900 m2 flagship location, and the new site is intended to offer a complementary option for businesses and professionals seeking premium flexible office solutions in the heart of the city.

Co-founders and directors Eduardo Salsamendi and Cristina Sotro emphasize the importance of location and service: “There’s a shortage of quality offices in Pamplona. Our Arcadio María Larraona location has been very well received, and we want to offer the same experience in the city center”, quotes this article.

The new facility will feature common areas for informal meetings and events, a dedicated meeting hub, multiple meeting rooms, a coworking zone, and private offices of various sizes. “The design will integrate Klammer’s signature style—brightness, functionality, and representativeness—with the architectural character of the original building”, say the company.

Founded as a family-run furniture company, Klammer has evolved into a recognized workspace brand by applying its design-driven philosophy to the office sector. The company prioritizes aesthetics, quality, and hospitality-style service, offering professionals thoughtfully designed environments that go beyond traditional office models.

With nearly 3,400 m² of flexible workspace now under management in Pamplona, Klammer’s continued expansion underlines the growing demand for coworking and flex office solutions in Spain’s regional cities.

Eduardo Salsamendi is the president of the Proworkspaces Coworking association, in Spain. a Coworking Europe historical partner and a regular speaker at the Coworking Europe conference.
