Mindspace Unveils New Brand Identity to Reflect Its Global Growth and Local Roots

The global coworking operator Mindspace has launched a full brand refresh and website relaunch aimed at aligning its digital identity with the company’s evolving scale and maturity. The update is part of a broader strategic move to strengthen Mindspace’s positioning as both a sophisticated international provider and a locally embedded partner in every city it serves.
Over the past year, Mindspace has expanded its presence and diversified its service offering, prompting the company to redefine how it communicates its brand. This rebranding includes a completely redesigned website that reflects the company’s evolution from a creatively branded startup to a more confident, refined business while maintaining the vibrancy that has long defined its workspaces, explains the company.
The updated digital platform now supports localized experiences for users in key markets — starting with a German-language site — reflecting the company’s deeper investment in local communities and user accessibility. This localization effort is designed to enhance authenticity and ease of navigation for current and prospective members, particularly in Europe where Mindspace continues to grow its footprint, adds the coworking operator.
The new website and visual identity are also intended to signal a matured phase in Mindspace’s development, with a focus on “a grown-up brand for a grown-up business.” It aims to deliver a seamless and immersive brand experience across its expanding international portfolio while ensuring each city retains its unique feel.
Founded in 2014, Mindspace currently operates over 40 locations in key cities including New York, San Francisco, Miami, London, Berlin, Munich, Warsaw, Tel Aviv, Amsterdam, and more. Its model blends boutique design with fully serviced offices and flexible lease terms, targeting both startups and large enterprises looking for high-end, community-driven work environments.
Mindspace is the local co-organizing partner of this year’s Coworking Europe 2025 conference (Berlin, Nov 19-20).
