After Europe and the US, the global coworking franchise brand Venture X expands to India

The global coworking franchise brand Venture X has entered the Indian market with the launch of two premium locations in Gurgaon, after building a presence across the Americas and Europe.

In Europe, Venture X develops locations in Spain (2)  and Portugal (1).

Founded in 2012 in Florida, and franchising since 2016, Venture X is part of United Franchise Group’s Vast Coworking division, one of the largest private coworking networks in the world.

Based in the United States, Vast operates the Office Evolution, Intelligent Office and Venture X coworking brands.

The Indian debut comes through local master franchise partners who have opened two sites in Gurgaon (Delhi), offering a total of around 1,200 seats over 6.000 m2.

Both locations feature a range of workspace solutions including private offices, dedicated desks, open-plan areas, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces.

The aim is to cater to a growing segment of Indian companies and professionals looking for flexibility, scalability, and premium amenities in key business districts, says a press release.

Venture X  brand operates in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Spain, Costa Rica, Portugal, and the UAE, counting more than 100 locations.
