Paris-Based Coworking Veteran Deskopolitan Extends Its ‘Voltaire’ Location

The Paris based coworking veteran Deskopolitan has extended its presence in Paris with the launch of an extension to its ” Voltaire” campus, adjacent to the existing operations, according to a recent press publication.

The company, launched 14 years ago, backed by the investment company Groupe Chevrillon since 2015, initially opened its first coworking venue in a converted factory in Paris’s 10th arrondissement.

In 2019, it expanded with a second site spanning around 6,000 m2 in a former distillery on Boulevard Voltaire, which added amenities such as a restaurant, a boutique hotel, café, gym, childcare facilities, barber shop, a garden and arts spaces.

This latest expansion builds on that strategy, adding a new capacity of private offices, adding flexibility and choice for users, explains Deskopolitan.

As of today, Deskopolitan operates at two major Paris locations, including the Château d’Eau and Voltaire sites, encompassing thousands of square meters and a range of mixed-use facilities. Though specific membership figures and revenue metrics are not publicly disclosed, the brand remains associated with premium, amenity-rich coworking environments that blend office, hospitality, and lifestyle services.

The company was founded by entrepreneurs Alexis Rebiffé and Paul Chevrillon.
