Swedish Coworking Operator Quick Office Bounces Back After Restructuring And Appoints A New CFO to Drive Growth

Swedish coworking and flex office operator Quick Office is charting a new course after navigating one of the most challenging periods in its history.
Earlier in 2025, the company underwent bankruptcy proceedings that forced it to reduce its network from 12 to 7 locations. Through renegotiated lease agreements with landlords, the creation of a new organizational structure, and the continued loyalty of its members, Quick Office has managed to stabilize operations and prepare for renewed growth, explains a press release.
The company today runs seven offices (six in the Stockholm region and one in Malmö) where it offers flexible office solutions with a focus on service and community. Despite the downsizing, Quick Office emphasizes that the restructuring has created a more sustainable foundation for the future. CEO Pernilla Ytterbring highlighted the collective resilience of the team and members, describing the restart as a step taken with “new energy and a strong belief in what we can achieve together.”
A key part of this next phase was the appointment of Petra Kyllerman as Chief Financial Officer in August 2025. Kyllerman, who previously held senior roles in operations and sustainability-focused organizations, is tasked with strengthening Quick Office’s financial routines and steering the company toward expansion.
Quick Office underlines the opportunity in a market where many companies want employees back at the office but lack resources to create attractive work environments. Quick Office aims to fill that gap, using its existing market presence and service-driven model as a springboard for further growth.
