Dutch Coworking and Hotel Group The Social Hub Keeps Expanding in Europe With New Location in Toulouse

The Dutch coworking and accommodation group The Social Hub has officially opened a new coworking space in Toulouse, adding to its growing European footprint.

The new Toulouse location reflects The Social Hub’s hybrid hospitality model, which combines student accommodation, hotels, coworking, dining, cultural programming, and events under one roof.

Founded in 2012 (originally as The Student Hotel), the company has steadily expanded across Europe, rebranding in 2022 as The Social Hub to reflect its broader community-driven positioning. Today, it operates in 19 cities, including Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, Madrid, and Vienna.

The coworking offer includes daily passes as well as flexible monthly memberships of 1, 6, or 12 months. Members also gain access to facilities beyond the workspace itself, including onsite dining, a gym, and the hotel’s rooftop pool, as well as the broader event programming of the hub such as debates, workshops, and networking activities.

To mark the launch, the hub hosted open days from September 8 to 12, giving the public an opportunity to test the space, meet the team, and engage with the community.

With its mix of residential, professional, and cultural functions, The Social Hub positions itself as more than a workspace operator, aiming to create local ecosystems that connect students, professionals, and city residents.

The Toulouse opening strengthens its French presence, after the Paris opening.
