French Flex Operator Les Nouveaux Bureaux Accelerates Growth with Takeover of MyFlexGroup and Remix Coworking

The independent flexible workspace operator Les Nouveaux Bureaux (LNB) is solidifying its position as a fast-growing player in the French flex office market with the strategic acquisition of key assets from both MyFlexGroup and Remix Coworking, two major French coworking operators which went through legal restructuring lately.
In May 2025, LNB won the judicial bid to acquire a substantial portion of MyFlexGroup’s operations in Paris. The decision was based on “the strength of LNB’s business model, its proposed recovery plan”, and its commitment to preserve employment. As a result, 17 employees from MyFlexGroup have joined LNB’s team, and several premium office spaces previously operated under the MyFlexOffice brand are now fully integrated into the LNB portfolio.
Earlier, LNB took over Remix Coworking, including the continuation of operations at its flagship location at 16–18 rue Bucarest, reinforcing its position as a major independent operator in the city’s dynamic coworking and flex office scene.
These successive takeovers, approved by the Paris Commercial Court as part of formal recovery procedures, mark a significant step in LNB’s external growth strategy and expansion in the Paris region.
With these acquisitions, Les Nouveaux Bureaux now manages over 30,000 m² of office space, entering the top 15 largest flexible workspace operators in France, as reported in the Immprove Barometer for H1 2025. The company projects €30 million in revenue for 2025, reflecting 40% year-on-year growth, and maintains a high occupancy rate of 97%.
Founded in 2018, LNB specializes in serviced and fully equipped offices. The operator is positioned in the “Managed Office” segment of the flexible workspace market.
“All locations are based exclusively on Paris’ Right Bank, strategically positioned in vibrant business districts. The offering includes both tenant and owner-operated properties, with about 50% of its portfolio owned outright”, according to their website.
LNB currently serves nearly 100 clients, operates with a team of 40 employees.
The company’s expansion comes amid a wider market consolidation trend in France’s operated office and coworking sector. “While many players are slowing growth or rationalizing portfolios due to economic headwinds and a 12% drop in office leasing demand in Île-de-France in H1 2025”, reminds the Improve Barometer. Les Nouveaux Bureaux strengthens its geographic footprint and diversifies its client base, making it one of the few independent French operators to successfully scale in a challenging environment, the report says.
