The Spanish Coworking Operator Networkia Expands in Madrid and Targets €13 Million in Revenue for 2025

The Spanish coworking operator Networkia has opened a new coworking center in Madrid, marking its fifth location in the capital and bringing its total national footprint to nine centers across Madrid and Barcelona.

The new space adds 2,200 m2 to the company’s portfolio, which now totals 27,000 m2 of flexible office space. The center spans two floors and includes a terrace, cafeteria, meeting rooms, and phone booths, with capacity for up to 230 people. According to the company, more than 32% of the space is already occupied.

Founded In 2012 and led by Juanjo Martínez, Networkia focuses primarily on corporate users, particularly multinational companies seeking strategic office space in Spain’s two largest cities.

The firm also continues to explore international expansion. Networkia has been assessing the Lisbon market but has not yet finalized any agreements. “It’s a very hot market; we want excellent locations and buildings,” said Juanjo Martínez.

For 2025, Networkia forecasts €13 million in revenue, up from €10.1 million in 2024—an increase of approximately 27% year-on-year. EBITDA is projected to grow to €3 million, compared to €2.2 million the previous year.

The latest Madrid location follows the recent launch of the company’s largest coworking center in Barcelona, located on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, further cementing Networkia’s strategy of growing in high-demand, central business districts.
