Romanian Coworking Operator V7 Startup Studio Hits €1 Million Revenue in 2025 with Three Locations

The Romanian coworking operator V7 Startup Studio has reported €1 million in revenues for 2025. The milestone reflects four years of consistent growth and strategic focus on quality, design-first workspaces, and organic expansion without external investment.

Owned by Miriam Constantin, a legal professional turned entrepreneur, V7 has doubled its turnover every year since 2021. The company now operates three boutique coworking spaces, two in Bucharest and one in Iasi, in the North of the country.

Together, the three hubs serve over 230 monthly residents, offering private offices, shared desks, meeting rooms, and event areas tailored to independent professionals, entrepreneurs, and startups.

Unlike many players in the coworking industry, V7 Startup Studio has remained self-funded and has reinvested all profits into improving infrastructure and maintaining accessible pricing in prime locations. The company’s approach is grounded in community building, personalized service, and a commitment to creating a meaningful workplace experience, says V7.

“V7 might not be the biggest, but we are consistent, values-led, and growing with purpose,” said the team in a recent update. “We’ve built a loyal community and scaled with care, not shortcuts.”

Miriam Constantin was a speaker at the Coworking Europe 2024 conference.
